This role offers the opportunity to work with a global team and process 9 EMEA payrolls on a monthly basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in running EMEA payroll and 3 years end-to-end UK payroll experience.

The salary for this position is up to £60,000 per annum, making it an attractive offer for professionals looking to advance their careers in international compensation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate and compliant payroll within agreed SLAs, managing key relationships, and refining EMEA payroll controls and processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing multiple monthly payrolls for 9 EMEA countries
  • Deliver payroll within agreed SLAs, ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with legislation, internal policy, process and controls
  • Assist with the management and development of key internal and external relationships
  • Act as a subject matter expert for all employee queries relating to Payroll
  • Assist with the refinement of EMEA payroll controls and process documentation
