About the Role:
The EMEA Payroll Senior Specialist will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely compensation for employees across the region, including salaries, wages, deductions, and benefits.
This role involves accurately calculating and processing payrolls for Europe, managing employee benefits enrollment and administration, maintaining payroll records, and providing exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in payroll and benefits processing, with European payroll experience being essential.
A strong understanding of payroll regulations and tax laws across Europe is required, along with proficiency in Dutch and/or Italian language skills.
The role also requires extensive experience working with payroll software and excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Sheets.
