About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Registered Manager to join our team in Truro.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Registered Manager, preferably in Learning Disabilities, and possess excellent leadership and management skills.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a real difference in the lives of service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of staff
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
  • Develop and implement effective care plans
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and partners

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Registered Manager (preferably in Learning Disabilities)
  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (preferred)
  • Excellent staff management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

Location: Truro

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours of Work: Full Time
