Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead our residential and supported living service in Truro.

The successful candidate will have prior experience as a Registered Manager, preferably in Learning Disabilities, and possess excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a real difference in the lives of service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership to the service team
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
  • Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the needs of service users
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and partners

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Registered Manager (preferably in Learning Disabilities)
  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (preferred)
  • Excellent staff management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

Location: Truro

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours of Work: Full Time
