Job Title: Care Manager for Learning Disabilities

We are seeking an experienced and quality focused Registered Manager to lead our residential and supported living service in the Truro area. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Registered Manager, preferably in Learning Disabilities, and hold a QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or equivalent. Strong staff management skills and excellent knowledge of CQC regulations are essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our service users receive high-quality person-centred care and support to live as independently as possible. We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional care and support services.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve the quality of care and meet regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve outstanding outcomes.
