Personalised Care Assistant

Enviva Complex Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personalised Care Assistant to join our team in St Austell, Cornwall. As a Personalised Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to a client, including daily activities, medication management, and meal preparation.
Requirements- Previous experience in PTSD or Visual Impairment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate and empathetic nature.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
We offer a competitive salary of £19,000 - £22,000 per annum, reflecting the level of responsibility and expertise required for this role. In addition, we provide opportunities for professional development and training, regular supervisions and check-ins, and both online and in-person training.
