Transformative Learning Specialist

We are on a mission to revolutionize education for young people with Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH), Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD / SLD), or other Additional Educational Needs. As a valued member of our team at Targeted Provision in Cambridgeshire, UK, you will play a pivotal role in empowering these vulnerable learners to achieve their goals.
As a transformative learning specialist, you will provide holistic and engaging tuition, mentoring, and support to young people with diverse needs. With a strong emphasis on trauma-informed practice, you will work collaboratively with our SEN / SEND Support Team to deliver tailored interventions that cater to the unique requirements of each child.
