Supporting Vulnerable Learners

We are committed to providing high-quality educational support to young people with Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH), Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD / SLD), or other Additional Educational Needs. As a skilled and compassionate Holistic Education Support Professional, you will join our team at Targeted Provision in Cambridgeshire, UK, and contribute to this mission.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide individualized tuition, mentoring, and support to these vulnerable learners, empowering them to reach their full potential. With a focus on trauma-informed practice, you will collaborate with our SEN / SEND Support Team to deliver tailored interventions that address the unique needs of each child.

Key Requirements:

  • Professional Teaching Qualifications (Qualified Teacher Status / QTS / QTLS)
  • Minimum 2 years teaching experience
  • Experience working with young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or other Additional Educational Needs
  • Enhanced DBS clearance (we can assist with obtaining this if needed)
  • Two professional references
