About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team of dedicated education professionals. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in delivering lessons and supporting students with their individual progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver lessons and work alongside teaching staff
  • Support students with their individual progress and development
  • Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
  • Mark and assess student work to track progress

Requirements:

  • Experience working as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant or Teaching Assistant
  • Ability to work with students with special educational needs (SEN) or social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to different age groups and classes
