Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a school just outside of St Austell. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting learners with special educational needs, both inside and outside the classroom. Your responsibilities will include implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and personalized learning strategies, collaborating with teachers and professionals, assisting with personal care tasks, and helping learners develop social and emotional skills.
