Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Education Support Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis, with the option to become permanent in the future. The successful candidate will work closely with our teaching staff to support students with SEND needs, providing tailored learning experiences and promoting academic achievement.

As an Education Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering one-to-one or small group interventions to students with SEND needs
  • Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery
  • Providing emotional support and guidance to students
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and development
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in supporting students with SEND needs
  • Experience working in a school or education setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
