About the Position:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Education and Behaviour Support Staff in a Primary school in the St Austell area. The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher to provide education and behaviour support to children. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday (8.30 - 3.30), with a daily rate of £95.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the teacher in delivering lessons and supporting small groups of students
- Provide 1:1 support to children as needed
- Help with behaviour management and classroom organization

Requirements:
- Experience working with SEN, challenging behaviour, or SEMH is highly desirable
- Full-time availability, Monday to Friday (8.30 - 3.30)
- Enhanced DBS clearance and relevant qualifications are beneficial
