**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioural Support Specialist to join our team at Teaching Personnel. This rewarding role involves working with students who require additional support in a specialist SEND setting.

About the Role:

  • Support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in a 1:1 or 2:1 capacity
  • Work closely with the class teacher to develop and implement individualized learning plans
  • Demonstrate creativity and enthusiasm in delivering engaging lessons

Requirements:

  • Experience working with students with SEND or SEMH needs
  • Ability to deliver learning in creative and interactive ways
  • Desire to make a positive impact on young people's lives
