About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Long-term Teachers Ltd. This is a full-time position, with a salary range of approximately £29,350 per annum.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Office Manager and members of the Senior Leadership Team. This includes managing day-to-day tasks, supporting finance functions, and ensuring compliance with school policies.

Some key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Secretarial / Reception / Admin - Provide administrative support, manage diaries, and attend meetings.
  • Finance - Understand and work within the Trust's financial procedures, including purchasing, invoicing, payments, and banking.
  • General - Liaise with parents and external agencies in a professional manner.
