Primary Teaching Assistant Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at a Primary school in the St Austell area. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support children with their learning and development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing one-to-one support to children with additional needs
  • Assisting the class teacher with lesson planning and delivery
  • Supporting children with reading, writing, and maths skills
  • Helping to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in supporting children with SEN
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
  • Full-time availability, Monday to Friday (8:30 to 3:30)
