Job Summary:
A Learning Support Assistant is required to provide education and behaviour support in a Primary school setting in the St Austell area. As an experienced Teaching Assistant or learning mentor, you will be responsible for supporting children on a 1:1 basis and working alongside the class teacher.

Salary and Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Assist the teacher in delivering lessons and supporting small groups of students
- Provide 1:1 support to children as needed
- Help with behaviour management and classroom organization

Requirements:
- Experience working with SEN, challenging behaviour, or SEMH is highly desirable
- Full-time availability, Monday to Friday (8.30 - 3.30)
- Enhanced DBS clearance and relevant qualifications are beneficial
