Job Description:

Long-term Teachers Ltd is seeking a qualified and experienced Early Years Education Specialist to join their team at a Primary school in the St Austell area. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality EYFS education to pupils, promoting good progress and outcomes. This is a long-term teaching position starting from November until the end of July 2025.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons to meet the needs of EYFS students.
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address these.
  • Work collaboratively with the school's leadership team to develop and implement effective EYFS policies and procedures.
  • Provide support and guidance to colleagues on EYFS best practices and curriculum development.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
