About the Role

This role demands proficiency in training delivery, prior management experience, and flexibility to travel throughout England. As a Trainer, you will take charge of delivering training sessions on various topics, including Moving and Handling, Basic Life Support, Administration of Medication, and Company Induction.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and update training materials and resources to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and work with management to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and support to staff members to enhance their knowledge and skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and evaluations.

As a Trainer at Acuity Care Group Limited, you will stay updated on best practices and developments in the field of learning disabilities and autism to inform training content and delivery. You will also support the development of new training programs and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience in delivering training on topics such as Moving and Handling, Basic Life Support, Administration of Medication, and Company Induction.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organisational and time management skills.

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 plus £3,000 car allowance per annum, making it an attractive opportunity for anyone passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.
