Corporate Trainer

**Job Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated Training and Development Specialist to join our team at Acuity Care Group Limited in Cornwall.

The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering exceptional training programs to both new hires and existing staff across all areas of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, including attendance and feedback.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in training and development.

Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits:

£35,000 per annum plus £3,000 car allowance.
