Key Accountabilities
  • Design and develop comprehensive training materials and resources to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on best practices and developments in the field of learning disabilities and autism to inform training content and delivery.

We offer a highly competitive salary of £40,000 plus £3,000 car allowance per annum, reflecting our commitment to investing in our staff and ensuring they receive the highest quality training and support.
