Job Title: Corporate Learning Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated Corporate Learning Specialist to join our team at Acuity Care Group Limited. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to new hires and existing staff across all departments.
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Trainer to take charge of our learning and development initiatives. You will work closely with senior management to identify training needs and develop tailored programs that meet the requirements of our diverse workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees
- Conduct needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training solutions
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create comprehensive training materials
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a healthcare or social care setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel across England
What We Offer:
Competitive salary: £38,000 per annum
Generous car allowance: £3,000 per annum
