We are looking for a highly skilled Special Needs Learning Assistant to join our team at Teaching Personnel. This role involves supporting students with complex needs in a specialist SEND setting.
About the Role:
- Provide tailored support to students with SEND, promoting independence and self-confidence
- Collaborate with teachers to develop personalized learning strategies
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to diverse learning styles
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist students with daily tasks, such as personal care and emotional regulation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to ongoing professional development
Salary and Benefits:
