Job Title: Teaching Assistant - SEN Expertise Required

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Teaching Assistant to join our team at a school in St Austell. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting learners with special educational needs, both inside and outside the classroom. Your responsibilities will include implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and personalized learning strategies, collaborating with teachers and professionals, assisting with personal care tasks, and helping learners develop social and emotional skills.
