Teaching Assistant for SEN Students

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at an inclusive school in St Austell. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other professionals to provide individualised support to students with special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing and implementing IEPs and learning plans tailored to each student's needs
- Providing one-to-one support and group instruction to students with special needs
- Collaborating with teachers to ensure seamless transitions and smooth learning experiences for students
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with students with special educational needs
- Degree in Education or related field (or equivalent qualification)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
