We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at Long-term Teachers Ltd. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about helping students achieve their potential and making a positive impact in secondary schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students, working closely with teaching staff to ensure seamless integration into the curriculum.
  • Provide individualized support to students, fostering a growth mindset and promoting academic excellence.
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement effective lesson plans, incorporating best practices in education.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in education or a related field, preferably with experience working with SEN or SEMH students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality education and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
