SEN Teaching Assistant

Provide tailored support to students with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Speech and Language difficulties, and other learning disabilities.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children with SEND in an educational setting is essential.
- A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with special needs.
- Knowledge of SEND, particularly ASD, and experience with tailored teaching methods.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to the needs of individual students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
