Training and Development Specialist

About the Role
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Corporate Trainer to join our dynamic team at Acuity Care Group Limited in Saint Austell, Cornwall.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that cater to the diverse needs of our employees.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective training strategies to enhance employee performance.
- Conduct training needs assessments and create tailored programs to address these needs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions and employee progress.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in Education, Training, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate training or a related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits:
£35,000 per year, plus £3,000 car allowance.
