Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • A strong understanding of autism and/or learning disabilities, including their impact on daily life.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with service users, colleagues, and external agencies.
  • A patient and empathetic approach, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office and digital record-keeping systems.
