Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Disability Evaluator to join our team at CV-Library. As a Disability Evaluator, you will play a critical role in assessing individuals with disabilities and providing recommendations for support.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a Medical Assessor in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of clients' medical conditions and developing comprehensive reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' medical conditions
- Develop detailed reports outlining assessment findings and recommendations
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and effective assessments
- Maintain accurate records of assessments and reports
Requirements
- NMC registered nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) OR a HCPC qualified Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist or Paramedic with 1 year's or more broad post-registration experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Competent IT and computer skills
- Comfortable working with a diverse range of conditions, including mental health
Benefits
- £39,500 per annum salary
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm working hours
- Full time and part time available (3, 4 or 5 days per week available)
- Penzance based when needing to work in the office
- Hybrid working, meaning 3 days per week are home-based and 2 days are office based (based on a full-time role)
- Annual leave + bank holidays + the ability to buy or sell 10 more days
- Pension scheme
- £400 towards healthcare renewal fee and CPD support
