The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting customers with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, and mental health conditions to live the lives they choose.

The role involves assisting with personal care and hygiene, medication administration, preparing and cooking meals, attending medical appointments, social activities, independent skills, and domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry. You will also be required to keep accurate records and update care plans as needed.
