Job Description

We are seeking a Care Assistant to join our team at Woodland care home in Saint Austell. As a key member of our team, you will provide personalized care to our residents, supporting their physical and emotional needs. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and engaging atmosphere, promoting independence and dignity for all.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality care to residents in line with individual care plans
  • Participate in leisure and social activities, promoting engagement and enjoyment
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills, be caring and enthusiastic, and have a genuine liking for older people. Experience is not essential, as we provide comprehensive training and support to help you excel in your role.

We offer a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour, plus enhancements for certain shifts. Our benefits package includes:
