Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is around £21,000 - £23,000, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities.


Responsibilities

This role involves assisting in the delivery of high-quality care and learning opportunities for children. Key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with the senior team to develop and implement engaging educational programmes tailored to the needs and interests of our young learners.
  • Supporting the creation of a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages children to explore, learn, and grow.
  • Maintaining accurate records of children's progress and communicating effectively with parents and carers to ensure seamless transitions and support.

Essential Skills
