Hotel Guest Experience Manager

About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team at Hilton Worldwide, Inc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to guests from check-in to check-out, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
- Process guest arrivals and departures efficiently, handling any issues or concerns in a professional manner.
- Take food and drink orders, demonstrating excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Maximize room occupancy by promoting hotel services and facilities, using up-selling techniques to increase revenue.
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation, maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to multitask, working effectively as part of a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Competent level of IT proficiency, with knowledge of front office systems and procedures.
