Business Development Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our Inside Sales team in driving business growth and revenue expansion. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to increase sales performance and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering outstanding sales results through effective training, coaching, and empowering others. You will also possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to produce accurate performance forecasts and analyze CRM data, sales pipelines, and customer behavior.
In this role, you will work closely with our commercial vehicle rental solutions team to understand customer needs and develop targeted sales strategies to meet those needs. Your primary focus will be on creating a high-performing sales environment, setting clear revenue targets, and implementing robust multi-platform customer journey frameworks.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Leading and managing a team of sales specialists to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
- Analyzing CRM data, sales pipelines, and customer behavior to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales process improvements
