Strategic Business Development Manager

We are recruiting for a Financial Planning and Advisory Executive to join our Corporate Finance team at Clive Owen LLP.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a seasoned expert in mergers and acquisitions and contribute to the growth and success of our firm.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and advisory, with excellent communication and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the partner in leading M&A transactions from commencement through to completion
- Undertake and review valuations of various businesses
- Prepare and review financial projections models
- Undertake financial due diligence to support fund-raising, private equity and M&A transactions
- Line management duties for the team
Requirements:
- Proven experience of delivering corporate finance assignments from commencement through to completion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel to clients' premises and attend networking events as required
- Flexibility and proactivity in managing multiple priorities
Estimated Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum
