We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead the expansion of our market reach and drive business growth through strategic client engagement and innovative sales strategies.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of developing and executing business strategies to identify new market opportunities, forging and maintaining profitable relationships with key clients, and leading negotiations to close deals that meet or exceed financial targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Execute Business Strategies: Identify new market opportunities and develop actionable plans to capitalize on them.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster strong, profitable relationships with key clients and ensure their needs are met through effective communication and tailored solutions.
- Negotiation and Deal Closure: Lead high-stakes negotiations and close deals that meet or exceed financial targets, driving revenue growth and business expansion.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and execute market strategies, with a proven track record of success.
- Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
