Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team in Bristol. As the primary point of contact for office-related queries, you will play a vital role in managing day-to-day operations and maintaining an efficient, positive work environment.
About the Role- Oversee all office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facility management.
- Act as the go-to person for office-related queries and support the team as needed.
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and building management.
- Organise office events and assist in coordinating team meetings and activities.
- Maintain a safe, welcoming, and tidy office environment.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Managing the ordering and maintenance of office supplies and equipment.
- Collaborating with colleagues to maintain a productive and well-organised workspace.
- Developing and implementing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or Office Assistant looking for a new challenge.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanour.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and general office software.
