Executive Assistant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Business Operations Coordinator to support the CEO in a dynamic environment. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office, providing comprehensive administrative support, and facilitating effective communication within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations using Google Suite.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital documents and handle incoming communications with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
  • Assist in data entry tasks and maintain accurate records as required, manage office supplies inventory, and coordinate with vendors as necessary.
  • Support special projects as directed by the CEO, ensuring timely completion of tasks, utilizing strong clerical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is desirable.
  • Proficient in data entry and comfortable using various software applications including Google Suite.
