Business Operations Coordinator

About the Role:We are seeking an exceptional Business Operations Coordinator to support our dynamic team in delivering outstanding results for our clients and candidates. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in coordinating interviews, managing verification checks, and scheduling client calls.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for keeping our database updated, working seamlessly with clients and candidates, and handling shared documents.
What You'll Do:- Coordinate phone, video, and in-person interviews to ensure smooth communication between clients and candidates
- Manage verification checks and reference processes to maintain the highest standards of integrity
- Schedule and attend weekly client calls, take minutes, and follow up on actions to drive results
- Keep our database updated and organised to facilitate efficient workflow
- Work collaboratively with clients and candidates to achieve search objectives and provide excellent service
- Handle shared documents and support the team with various administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations
- 3+ years of experience in a professional environment with a proven track record of success
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Exceptional communication, proof-reading, and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset and strong organisational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines
