Office Administrator (Facilities Management)

Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 + Annual Bonus + Mon-Fri + Company Benefits

Location: Bristol

This reputable facilities management company requires an organized and detail-oriented administrator to support the day-to-day operations of their team.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating facilities management tasks, maintaining accurate records and workflows, and liaising with clients and service partners to ensure smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate facilities management tasks to ensure efficient service delivery.
  2. Maintain accurate records and workflows to support team operations.
  3. Liaise with clients and service partners to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
  4. Support health and safety compliance by adhering to company policies and procedures.
  5. Work a Monday to Friday schedule with standard operating hours.
  6. Utilize Property Management Software to streamline tasks and improve efficiency.

About the Role:

Requirements:

Facilities Management Coordinator or similar, commutable to Bristol, with a strong background in property management or administration.
