Job Title: Facilities Coordinator
Job Summary:
VWA (Victoria Wall Associates) is seeking a skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for managing all on the ground facilities and office management duties, reporting to our London-based Facilities Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day facilities management, including morning walkarounds and organizing repairs and cleans
- Liaising with contractors and vendors to ensure smooth operations
- Coordinating with the building management team to ensure employees have access to the building
- Office management, including stocking stationery, office supplies, and equipment
- Providing ad-hoc administrative support, including event coordination
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a facilities or workplace coordination/administration role
- IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications advantageous but not essential
- A 'muck-in' attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience in a financial or professional services environment
- Ability to commute to Bristol on a daily basis
