Operations Administrator Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to join our team at Stripe OLT. As an Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining a well-organized and secure office environment, supporting various administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Coordination: Oversee general maintenance and organization of the office, ensuring a clean, safe, and functional environment.
  • Security and Asset Management: Ensure office security processes are followed, including alarm testing and access control, and maintain the asset register.
  • Procurement and Payables: Manage external meeting room bookings, coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements, process monthly expenses, and reconcile purchase invoices with orders.
  • Sales and Receivables: Support sales team activities, including preparing and sending proposals, maintaining client-facing documentation, and handling supplier and due diligence questionnaires.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience within an admin role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience of delivering high-level customer satisfaction.
  • Experience using Microsoft 365 Office Applications (Sharepoint, Teams).
  • Proven experience working with external or in-house systems.
