Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Pertemps Bristol Commercial. As a Financial Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of the working capital cycle, including revenue assistance, credit control, and bill production and dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage e-bill management ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Prepare, distribute, and ensure compliance with billing and SLAs.
- Handle queries efficiently through direct or shared mailboxes, proactively escalating issues to resolution.
- Maintain data integrity of key data items essential for efficient billing processes.
Requirements:
- Previous billing experience, preferably within the legal or professional services sectors.
- Familiarity with Solicitors Accounts Rules and VAT for law firms billing is highly desirable.
- Confident demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both under supervision and independently.
- Strong IT skills, especially in Excel; knowledge of Aderant Expert or similar billing software is advantageous.
