Job Title: Part-Time Office Coordinator
About the Role:
Our client, a global leader in their field, is seeking a Part-Time Office Coordinator to join their team in East Bristol. As a key member of the office team, you will be responsible for the maintenance of the office and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order and monitor office supplies, process invoices, and manage files and storage in line with the company's retention policy.
- Prepare and coordinate office announcements, manage visitor arrivals, and plan company events.
- Manage the reception desk, field calls, open and frank post, arrange deliveries, and welcome visitors.
- Support office improvement initiatives, perform housekeeping duties, and restock kitchen facilities.
- Manage the diary, coordinate meetings, and arrange training sessions.
- Coordinate social calendars and organize staff events.
Requirements:
We are looking for a confident and flexible individual who enjoys supporting a team and providing front-of-house duties. You will have a can-do attitude, be able to multitask, and have excellent communication skills.
