Receptionist - Front Desk Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team at Daisy Corporate Services Trading Limited. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and colleagues, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, connecting people with the right departments or team members and answering general questions.
- Handle various administrative tasks, such as sorting the post, scheduling appointments, keeping records up to date, and maintaining a tidy and organized reception area.
- Ensure the security and safety of our office by checking IDs, issuing visitor passes, and verifying authorized personnel.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and other administrative software.
- Problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
