Front Desk Receptionist

**Job Title**: Front Desk Receptionist/Administrator
**Overall purpose of the role**
This is an exciting role allowing you to build upon your experience within a modern and dynamic practice providing all aspects of front of house duties and support to the administration function of the Business.
You will have the ability to work independently.
**The Key responsibilities include**:
- Keeping the Reception area clean and organised.
- Answering, evaluating, identifying the nature of the call and directing to appropriate person.
- Greeting Clients utilising the appointment system and addressing or directing the enquiry.
- General duties of Filing, Photocopying, Scanning and Certifying documentation.
**Key Skills and Qualities**:
- Experience as a Front Desk Receptionist/Administrator
- Vehicle Knowledge (not essential but highly preferable)
- Professional and positive attitude.
- Organisational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills
**Requirements**:
- Salary: (Negotiable and dependent on experience)
- Job type: Permanent, Full Time Must Be Available 5 days a Week Including Saturday)
Note: The employee may perform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
**Salary**: £7.91-£10.59 per hour

**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)

- Driving Licence (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Romford (required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Romford: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
