Senior Stylist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Stylist to join our team at our Romford location. As a Stylist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and performing a variety of duties, front desk operations.

**Duties**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and scheduling
- Perform all hairdressing types
- Mentor and train junior staff members to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to provide the best possible service to customers

Qualifications:

- Previous experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Proficiency in mens and ladies hairstyling and colouring
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to address customer needs and provide personalized recommendations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Must be detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £11.50-£18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 38 per week
