About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our busy Romford office. As our first point of contact, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, connecting people with the right departments or team members and answering general questions.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and colleagues.
- Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.
- Process visitor ID checks and issue visitor passes as required.
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing and photocopying.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in a reception or customer service role.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
