About the Role

As Assistant Manager, you'll be at the heart of our management team, helping to ensure the smooth running of a busy pub. From the moment you step through the door, you lead by example, making sure our customers and teams have a great time. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills and take your career to the next level.

What You'll Do

You'll be responsible for leading by example, setting high standards for customer service and ensuring that our customers receive an excellent experience. You'll work closely with our general manager to achieve sales targets, manage inventory, and maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene. You'll also be responsible for motivating and developing your team, providing coaching and feedback to help them reach their full potential.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure. You'll also need to be able to motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results. A salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum is available, depending on experience.
