Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Business Development Manager to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our range of HVAC systems and solutions to commercial clients across the East Anglia, Northants, and Oxford region.

Your primary focus will be on building relationships with large MEP Contractors, M&E contractors, HVAC plumbing & heating contractors/installers, and specification M&E consultants, local authorities, and architects. You will also conduct CPD presentations and target new business opportunities to achieve circa £350,000-£400,000 in revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a commercial HVAC field sales background from the plumbing & heating building services sector, with experience in specifying and selling HVAC systems to M&E consultants, MEP Contractors, local authorities, or architects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and autonomous sales professional to join a well-established company with a strong reputation in the industry.

Salary: £50,000-£55,000 basic, + £10,000-£55,000 bonus, plus car allowance or hybrid company car and comprehensive benefits.
